You are logged into RFH Pre-Auction, but you see a blue pop up indicating that your KOA workspace is not yet linked to your Floriday account. As a result, the markups you want to make on the clock offer cannot be shown in KOA.
In this article, we explain what you need to do to link your KOA workspace:
1. Contact your organisation's administrator
We recommend you contact the colleague in your organisation who manages the main account (lead user or administrator). Every (buyer) organisation has a master account in Floriday. The colleague in your organisation who manages this main account takes care of the necessary settings. This includes activating RFH Pre-Auction for colleagues.

2. Give us your KOA workplace
We want to create a link between your KOA account and RFH Pre-Auction. It is important to indicate for each Floriday account which KOA workplace it should be linked to. For this we need your GKW number. You can find this at the bottom left of the KOA screen.
The administrator can open a screen via the link “link KOA” in his user menu to provide this information, after this we will start working on the link between the KOA account and Floriday account. A confirmation email will be sent when this is ready .
