Searching and browsing
Search through the auction supply of Royal FloraHolland using photos. Every photo linked to a clock lot is shown here — not only the standard clock‑lot photo shown on the clock front, but also any additional submitted photos, or for example trolley photos made by Royal FloraHolland.
In the search bar, you can quickly search for specific varieties, growers, product colours, or for example the auction location where the lot is sold.
On the right, there are several settings you can use. By default, the next auction day is shown, but you can also look further ahead or back in time.
With the icon next to it, you can save your filter settings as a bookmark to reuse later.
Finally, with the last button you can choose whether you want to see all photo types or only trolley photos.
Marking or buying
When you focus on a photo, a menu with three options appears. With ‘More Information’ a popup opens, showing an enlarged version of the photo.
Even in this detail view, there are smart features: you can zoom in further on the photo, mark the lot for the clock, or create a presale order directly from this screen. If multiple photos are available, you can browse through them using the ‘Back’ and ‘Next’ buttons.
Note: If you want to mark a lot for your purchasing application, you need to fill in your KOA Username in the user settings.
If this is missing or filled in incorrectly, marking will not work.
Use of trolley photos
In Eelde, as long as auctioning takes place there, a trolley photo is made for every trolley. For other locations, a pilot project is being introduced.
See the example of an overview when trolley photos are enabled.
