Starting with RFH Auction Profile Management

More control over your organisation's purchasing

RFH Auction Profile Management gives you, as the main purchaser, control over auction purchases within your organisation. Do you work with multiple (foreign) buyers? As an administrator, you can easily configure various settings, such as who is allowed to make purchases, with what budget, and link KOA accounts.

Please note! You must be an administrator in Floriday to activate RFH Auction Profile Management. To check whether you are an administrator: go to Settings > Organisation > Colleagues. If “Administrator” appears next to your name, you are an administrator. If not, please call Floriday Support on +31 (0)174-352070 or email support@floriday.io. They can set this up for you.

Activating RFH Auction Profile Management

To use this management tool, you must first activate the app on Floriday.

In Floriday, go to Settings -> Apps & Integrations and click on ‘RFH Auction Profile Management’.

Then click on Add application.

Please note that RFH Auction Profile Management is only intended for managers who manage the rights of all purchasers with an organisation.

Getting started with Buyer management

Once you’ve activated the app, you’re ready to get started. Click on the relevant icon in the left-hand sidebar.

A new web page will open with an overview of all purchasers within your organisation.
