Are you the only buyer in your company who buys at the auction?

Step 1: Ensure you have a Floriday account with the appropriate rights and apps.
You should already have an account on Floriday and have administrator rights. The RFH Pre-Auction, RFH Auction and RFH Auction Profile Management apps are linked to this account. If you have any questions about this, please contact Floriday’s support department.
Step 2: Link your KOA workspace to your Floriday account in RFH Auction Profile Management
Click on the RFH Auction Profile Management (previously 'buyer management') icon in the vertical bar on the left-hand side of the Floriday main screen.
You will now see the overview screen showing all the Buyer Profiles for your organisation. In your case, there should only be one.
Go to the three dots next to the Buyer Profile (KOA workspace) you wish to link. In this example, we’ll use ‘alex65’. Then click on Link Floriday account.
A pop-up will now appear.
Select the Floriday account name or email address you want to link from the drop-down menu. Then click on Save.
You will now see on the overview screen that the Buyer profile is linked to the Buyer with a Floriday account.
The account is now connected and you are ready for auctioning via Floriday.
