Are there multiple colleagues or (fellow) buyers and/or customers active on Auction within your company?
This page will tell you more about how to link KOA workstations.
Step 1: Make sure you have a Floriday account with the correct permissions and apps.
If everything is correct, you should already have an account on Floriday and you're an Administrator. RFH Pre-Auction, RFH Auction, and RFH Auction Profile Management are linked to your account as apps. If you have any questions about this, please contact Floriday's support team.
Step 2: Invite colleagues or end customers to Floriday
You can create a Floriday account for every (fellow) buyer and customer who is allowed to purchase or mark items on the auction.
2a Invite colleague
In Floriday, go to the three dots in the top right corner > Settings > Organization > Colleagues. Click on Invite a colleague.
Enter the E-mail address and first name, assign permissions and select the apps, in this case RFH Pre-Auction and RFH Auction. You can also require a 2-factor authentication here.
Click on Send invite.
Your colleague will now receive an email inviting them to create an account on Floriday. You can see in the overview screen whether your colleague has accepted the invitation by whether they are active or not. Only once the account has been created can you proceed to the next step.
2b Customer invite
Do you also want to give customers access to marking and/or purchasing on the auction? Go to MyShop in the Floriday menu (top left). Then click on Create account. Then fill in the requested details.
Please note! This information is kept strictly confidential in accordance with our data policy.
If the customer only uses RFH Pre-Auction and/or RFH Auction app, no fees will be charged.
Is everything entered correctly? Click on Save & Invite.
Your customer will now receive an email inviting them to create an account on Floriday. You can see that your customer has not yet accepted the invitation by the Invited checkbox. Only once the account has been created can you proceed to the next step.
Step 3: Link your KOA workstations to the correct Floriday accounts in RFH Auction Profile Management
Click on the RFH Auction Profile Management icon in the vertical bar on the left in Floriday.
You are now taken to the overview screen with all Buyer profiles of your organisation.
Go to the 3 dots next to the Buyer profile (KOA workplace) that you want to link. In this example, we will take 'alex65'. Then click on Link Floriday account.
A pop-up will now appear.
Choose the Floriday account name or E-mail adress you want to link, using the dropdown. In this example, we select 'ariebezemer'. Then click Save.
You can now see in the overview that the Buyer profile (in this example, alex65) is linked to the user/buyer (in this example, Arie Bezemer) with a Floriday account.
Please note! Repeat this step for all KOA workstations to be linked to the right user (in this case, Arie).
Step 4: Marking for someone else
Should the user/buyer (in this example, Arie) also be able to mark up for other buyers? Then select 3 dots next to the Buyer profile and click on May mark for.
Please note! This option is only available after a Buyer profile has been linked (i.e. when 'step 1' has been completed).
When you click on 'May mark for', a pop-up appears. Select the Buyer profile for which the buyer may mark more. And click on Save.
