The feedback we receive is crucial to the choices we make as we continue to develop RFH Finance. Requests that are more frequently cited by users are more likely to be taken up than those we only receive occasionally.

In the app, you will find a feedback button on the right-hand side of the screen on every page.

A pop-up window will appear on the screen.
You can simply select how you rate the app as a whole or a specific page by clicking on one of the answer options.

You can also share positive feedback, suggestions and complaints with a personal explanation.

Click on the arrow at the bottom right of the pop-up window to send the feedback.
