Who is the administrator of the main account?
Every (buyer) organisation has a main account in Floriday. The colleague in your organisation who manages this main account will take care of the necessary settings for you to access Pre-auction. At the moment, not all settings have been completed for you. Therefore, we ask you to contact your colleague who manages the main account.
