All your filter collections can be found in a clear list. Each filter collection can be modified and removed. You can even apply your favourite filter by default.

To do this, click the cog behind the drop-down menu and then click new filter .

The following screen is displayed:

Customise filter set

Once you click on one of your filter collections, you will see a full list of available filters to choose from. The green indicator shows which filters you had already chosen to save. You can add new filters. But also adapt existing ones. Are the adjustments to your liking? Then press 'save'.

Migration

Until the end of January you could see here all filter collections within the organization used. As more and more users become active, this results, especially in larger organizations, in a growing list. The first step is to personalize each filter collection.

For a limited period of time, the section 'Unclaimed Filters' is now available in this screen, where the filter collections that were once defined by someone within the organization can be claimed. This can be done line by line, or directly all filter collections that are still open. After you make a claim you will see it directly with your own personal filters, and they are NOT visible to colleagues within your organization.

Pro Tip:

If you are already actively using the same filter collection with multiple users, don't immediately choose 'Claim' (which means it will no longer be visible to colleagues), but open this filter collection and save it (for yourself) as a copy.

In the future we will work on improvements to make these collections easy to share within the organization.

Set default filter collection

Are you constantly using your favourite saved filter? Then you can choose to apply it as a default filter. To do this, hover your mouse over the filter you want to set by default. On the right-hand side, a symbol with three dots appears. If you click on this, you will see a drop-down menu. Choose 'Set as default' here. From then on, your chosen filter set will be applied by default.

Remove filter set

Hover your mouse over the filter you want to remove. A bin appears on the right. Click this and confirm that you want to delete this filter set.
