How to Deposit via PSE (COP)

Step 1. Open the Deposit page

  • Click the Deposit button at the top of the homepage or follow this link

Step 2. Select COP as your currency

  • Open the Fiat tab and click the currency selection arrow

  • Find and choose COP

Step 3. Choose a deposit method

  • Select PSE in the Recommended for You section

Step 4. Enter the amount and your details

  • Fill in your name, email, phone number, address

  • Select your document type (CC or NIT) and enter the ID number

  • Choose any amount from 1000 to 3000000 COP

πŸ’‘ Tip: Select CC (National ID, 6–10 digits) or NIT (Company Tax ID, 10 digits).
Enter your name, email, phone number, and identification number exactly as they are registered with your bank β€” otherwise the payment may be declined.

Step 5. Click deposit

  • Click the Deposit button

πŸ’‘ Tip: If you want to receive the bonus, check the box next to it before making the deposit. Bonus is only credited for deposits that meet the minimum amount for the bonus.

Step 6. Complete the payment

  • After clicking the Deposit button, the payment window will open

  • Select your bank from the dropdown list

  • All other details will be entered automatically from the previous page (amount, name, ID, email, phone, address)

  • Click Pay to confirm the payment

Step 7. Authorize and confirm the payment

  • Accept the checkboxes to authorize data processing and agree to the terms and conditions

  • Enter the verification code sent to your email

  • Click Pay with PSE to complete the payment

  • Select the correct option for your account (Personal / Business) and log in with your online banking credentials to confirm the payment

Step 8. Wait for the payment to process

  • You will see a confirmation screen saying that your transaction is being processed. This usually takes just a few minutes


Deposit Not Credited

Don’t worry β€” this can sometimes happen due to technical reasons. Here are the most common causes and solutions:

  1. Deposit Not Credited

    Your deposit may still be processing.

    The payment page displayed an error or failed to load.

  3. Wrong Amount or Canceled Payment
    The amount entered was incorrect, or the payment was canceled.

    An incorrect amount was debited from your account but was not credited to your balance.
