Step 1. Open the Deposit page
Click the Deposit button next to your avatar or follow this link
Step 2. Select COP as your currency
Open the Fiat tab and click the currency selection arrow
Find and choose COP
Step 3. Choose a Deposit method
Select Efecty in the Recommended for You section
π‘ Tip: choose recommended methods β they are the most reliable for your location.
Step 4. Enter the amount and your details
Fill in your name, email
Select your document type (CC or NIT) and enter the ID number
Choose any amount from 1000 to 3000000 COP
π‘ Tip: Select CC (National ID, 6β10 digits) or NIT (Company Tax ID, 10 digits).
Enter your name, email, and identification number exactly as they are registered with your bank β otherwise the payment may be declined.
Step 5. Click Deposit
Click the Deposit button
π‘ Tip: If you want to receive the bonus, check the box next to it before making the deposit. Bonus is only credited for deposits that meet the minimum amount for the bonus.
Step 6. Complete the payment
After clicking the Deposit button, the payment window will open
Click Pay to confirm the payment
Click Receive to download/print the voucher
Pay in cash at any Efecty point
π‘ Tip: Keep the voucher and receipt until the funds are credited β you may need it for Support if something goes wrong.
Step 7. Wait for the payment to process
Return to the site; the payment processes automatically
Funds should appear shortly (usually within 2 minutes)
Deposit Not Credited
Donβt worry β this can sometimes happen due to technical reasons. Here are the most common causes and solutions:
Deposit Still Processing
Your deposit may still be on its way.
π‘ What to do: Wait up to 30β60 minutes. If the funds still do not appear, contact Support and attach your Efecty receipt or bank payment confirmation.Payment Gateway Error
The payment page displayed an error or failed to load (as shown in the screenshot).
π‘ What to do: Wait a few minutes and try again, or choose a different payment method.Voucher Expired or Wrong Amount
The payment was not completed, or the amount entered was incorrect.
π‘ What to do: Generate a new voucher and pay again.Wrong Amount Debited but Not Credited
An incorrect amount was debited from your account but was not credited to your balance.
