How to Deposit via Efecty (COP)

Step 1. Open the Deposit page

  • Click the Deposit button next to your avatar or follow this link

Step 2. Select COP as your currency

  • Open the Fiat tab and click the currency selection arrow

  • Find and choose COP

Step 3. Choose a Deposit method

  • Select Efecty in the Recommended for You section

Step 4. Enter the amount and your details

  • Fill in your name, email

  • Select your document type (CC or NIT) and enter the ID number

  • Choose any amount from 1000 to 3000000 COP

Enter your name, email, and identification number exactly as they are registered with your bank β€” otherwise the payment may be declined.

Step 5. Click Deposit

  • Click the Deposit button

Step 6. Complete the payment

  • After clicking the Deposit button, the payment window will open

  • Click Pay to confirm the payment

  • Click Receive to download/print the voucher

  • Pay in cash at any Efecty point

Step 7. Wait for the payment to process

  • Return to the site; the payment processes automatically

Deposit Not Credited

  1. Deposit Still Processing
    Your deposit may still be on its way.

  3. Voucher Expired or Wrong Amount
    The payment was not completed, or the amount entered was incorrect.
