Common Questions

How long does it usually take for a deposit to arrive?

I get an error when trying to deposit.

If you get an error before you get redirected to a partner's website, it can mean a few things - either the method is currently unavailable (most likely due to provider's maintenance), or no route is currently available. In both cases, you just have to try again later.

You have too many unsuccessful deposit requests.

If you get an error that sounds like this, this is an anti-fraud system implemented to fight spam requests. You get this error if you have unsuccessfully attempted to make a deposit too many times in the past few minutes. Just wait 7-10 minutes and try again - the error should be gone.
