Step 1. Open the Deposit page
Click the Deposit button at the top of the homepage or follow this link
Step 2. Select INR as your currency
Open the Fiat tab and click the currency selection arrow
Find and choose INR
Step 3. Choose a deposit method
Select UPI P2P in the Recommended for You section

Step 4. Enter the amount
Choose any amount from 1000 - 50000 INR
Click the Deposit button
π‘ Tip: If you want to receive the bonus, check the box next to it before making the deposit. Bonus is only credited for deposits that meet the minimum amount for the bonus.
Step 6. Complete the payment
After clicking the Deposit button, the payment window will open
Copy Details β Copy the UPI address and amount or scan the QR code
Make Payment β Transfer funds to the wallet in your UPI mobile app within the timer limit
Confirm the payment by entering the UTR of the transaction in the Transaction UTR field
π‘ Tip: Always check that the amount and UPI ID match before sending the payment.
Step 7. Wait for the payment to process
You will see a confirmation screen saying that your transaction is being processed βΒ this usually takes just a few minutes
Deposit Not Credited
Donβt worry β this can sometimes happen due to technical reasons. Here are the most common causes and solutions:
Deposit Not Credited
Your deposit may still be processing.
π‘ What to do: Wait up to 30β60 minutes. If the funds still do not appear, contact Support and attach your receipt or bank payment confirmation.
Payment Gateway Error
The payment page displayed an error or failed to load.
π‘ What to do: Wait 10-15 minutes and try again, or choose a different payment method.Wrong Amount or Canceled Payment
The amount entered was incorrect, or the payment was canceled.
π‘ What to do: Generate a new payment and try again.Wrong Amount Debited but Not Credited
An incorrect amount was debited from your account but was not credited to your balance.
