How to Deposit via Interac (CAD)

Step 1. Open the Deposit page

Click the Deposit button at the top of the homepage or follow this link

Step 2. Select CAD as your currency

  • Open the Fiat tab and click the currency selection arrow

  • Find and choose CAD

Step 3. Choose a deposit method

  • Select Interac in the Recommended for You section

Step 4. Enter the amount and your details

  • Enter your Phone Number

  • Choose any amount from 5 - 3000 CAD

  • Click the Deposit button

πŸ’‘ Tip: If you want to receive the bonus, check the box next to it before making the deposit. Bonus is only credited for deposits that meet the minimum amount for the bonus.

Step 5. Choose Payment Method

  • Request Money – select your bank, click Deposit, confirm in your banking app

  • Or Interac e-Transfer – tick the box, copy the details, send transfer manually, then click Return to Merchant

Step 6. Wait for Confirmation

  • The deposit usually appear in your account in a few minutes. If the deposit does not appear within 30–60 minutes, please contact support and attach your payment receipt.


Deposit Not Credited

Don’t worry β€” this can sometimes happen due to technical reasons. Here are the most common causes and solutions:

  1. Deposit Still Processing
    Your Interac transfer may still be on its way.

    To help us locate your deposit, we need one clear screenshot that shows the 12-character reference number starting with CA (example: CA123aBc789d).

    You can find the reference number in the Interac confirmation email or in the URL of the 'Accept/Decline' page when you opened the money request.

  2. Payment Gateway Error
    The Interac payment page displayed an error or failed to load (as shown in the screenshot).

  3. Wrong Amount or Canceled Transfer
    The amount entered was incorrect or the transfer was canceled.

  4. Wrong Amount Debited but Not Credited
    An incorrect amount was debited from your bank account but not credited to your balance.
