How to Deposit via Hites (CLP)

Step 1. Open the Deposit page

  • Click the Deposit button next to your avatar or follow this link

Step 2. Select CLP as your currency

  • Open the Fiat tab and click the currency selection arrow

  • Find and choose CLP

Step 3. Choose a Deposit method

  • Select Hites

Step 4. Enter the amount and your details

  • Fill in your Email

  • Choose any amount from 5000 to 500000 CLP

  • Click the Deposit button

💡 Tip: If you want to receive the bonus, check the box next to it before making the deposit. Bonus is only credited for deposits that meet the minimum amount for the bonus.

Step 5. Complete the payment

  • After clicking the Deposit button, the payment window will open

  • Enter your card number, version, and 4-digit PIN (Clave Secreta)

  • Select the number of installments (N° de cuotas)

  • Click Pagar to complete the payment

Step 6. Wait for the payment to process

  • Return to the site; the payment processes automatically

  • Funds should appear within a few minutes


Deposit Not Credited

Don’t worry — this can sometimes happen due to technical reasons. Here are the most common causes and solutions:

  1. Deposit Not Credited

    Your deposit may still be processing.

    💡 What to do: Wait up to 30–60 minutes. If the funds still do not appear, contact Support and attach your receipt or bank payment confirmation.

  2. Payment Gateway Error
    The payment page displayed an error or failed to load (as shown in the screenshot).
    💡 What to do: Wait 10-15 minutes and try again, or choose a different payment method.

  3. Wrong Amount or Canceled Payment
    The amount entered was incorrect, or the payment was canceled.
    💡 What to do: Generate a new payment and try again.

  4. Wrong Amount Debited but Not Credited
    An incorrect amount was debited from your account but was not credited to your balance.
    💡 What to do: Contact Support and attach your receipt or bank confirmation for verification.
