How to Deposit via TPaga (COP)

Step 1. Open the Deposit page

  • Click the Deposit button at the top of the homepage or follow this link

Step 2. Select COP as your currency

  • Open the Fiat tab and click the currency selection arrow

  • Find and choose COP

Step 3. Choose a deposit method

  • Select TPaga

Step 4. Enter the amount and your details

  • Fill in your name, email, street, phone number

  • Select your document type (CC or NIT) and enter the ID number

  • Choose any amount from 1000 to 3000000 COP

πŸ’‘ Tip: Select CC (National ID, 6–10 digits) or NIT (Company Tax ID, 10 digits).
Enter your name, email, phone number, and identification number exactly as they are registered with your bank β€” otherwise the payment may be declined.

Step 5. Click deposit

  • Click the Deposit button

πŸ’‘ Tip: If you want to receive the bonus, check the box next to it before making the deposit. Bonus is only credited for deposits that meet the minimum amount for the bonus.

Step 6. Complete the payment

  • After clicking the Deposit button, the payment window will open

  • Click Pay

  • Open your payment app on your phone

  • Use the Scan feature to scan the QR code shown on the screen

  • Confirm the payment in your app

Step 7. Wait for the payment to process

  • Wait for the success message on the screen

  • Return to the site

  • Funds should appear within a few minutes


Deposit Not Credited
