Reload is a special mechanic that allows your bonus to be split into multiple payouts, so instead of receiving the entire amount at once, you'll get funds over several days — giving you more opportunities to play!
Where to Find the Bonus?
You can find the Reload bonus in the Bonus cabinet. There are two ways to access it:
Via the left sidebar menu.
By clicking the gift icon at the top of the screen (next to your avatar).
To claim your bonus, click the Claim button. If the bonus is available, the funds will be credited to your account.
To view detailed information about the bonus, click the "i" icon in the top-right corner of the bonus window.
How Does It Work?
The feature splits your bonus into parts. For example, it splits your Monthly Bonus depending on the bonus amount as follows:
Amounts up to $10 are credited to your balance immediately.
Amounts from $10 to $500 are split into two parts: 50% is credited to your balance immediately, and the remaining 50% can be claimed over the next 3 days through Reload.
Amounts over $500 are divided into equal parts, which you can gradually claim over the next 5 days through Reload.
To receive the bonus, you need to visit the website every day and claim it! Any unclaimed parts of the bonus will be unavailable.
Bonus Terms
Reload is activated automatically when you claim your Monthly Bonus, or with a personal bonus from a VIP manager.
To qualify for the Monthly Bonus, you must have sufficient gaming activity during the previous month.
No wagering requirements apply — the funds are available for immediate use.
