To block your account, follow the steps below:
Go to "Global Settings".
2. Then go to the "Basic" section and at the bottom click on "Request self exclusion", after that you will receive an instruction by email. If you don't have an email in your account, you will need to enter and confirm it first, you can read about how to do it here.
3. In the email that was sent to your email you need to click on the confirmation button, after that the 24-hour blocking period will start.
4. After 24 hours, you will receive an email asking you to choose how long you want your account to be blocked for. You can choose from 3 days to permanently.
Before blocking, please make sure that you have withdrawn funds from your account.
Once your account is blocked, you are not allowed to create new accounts.
Please note that we can only block your account, deletion is not possible.
