How to Clear Cache and Cookies in Google Chrome (on PC)

  1. Open Google Chrome

  2. Click the three-dot icon in the top-right corner of the browser window
    (this menu is called “Customize and control Google Chrome”)

  3. In the dropdown menu, select "History", then click "History" again
    (or simply press Ctrl + H on your keyboard)

  4. On the left side, click "Clear browsing data"

  5. In the pop-up window:

    • Go to the "Basic" tab

    • Make sure the following are selected:

      • Cookies and other site data

      • Cached images and files

    • In the Time range field, select "All time"

    • Click the blue "Clear data" button

  1. Open Google Chrome on your phone

  2. Tap the three dots in the top-right corner (Android) or bottom-right (iPhone)

  3. In the menu, tap "History"

  4. Then tap "Clear browsing data"

  5. Make sure the following are selected:

    • Cookies and site data

    • Cached images and files

  6. In the Time range section, select "All time" (or the desired period)

  7. Tap "Clear data", then confirm your action
