To cancel a booking on behalf of your guest,

 1.     Find their booking in the FOH under Reservations. Click on their booking to expand the reservation panel.

2.     Click the garbage bin icon in the upper righthand corner.

3.     Select Cancel from the options that appear. The guest will receive an automated cancellation email from our system.
