Mark a guest as a no show

Keep track of no shows so you know who has a habit of missing their booking

To mark a guest as a no show,

 1.     Find their booking in the FOH under Reservations. Click on their booking to expand the reservation panel.

2.     Click the garbage bin icon in the upper righthand corner.

3.     Select No Show from the options that appear. The guest will receive an automated cancellation email from our system.
