A guest profile note is similar to an Instagram bio. It's meant to be short and sweet but informative. It will show under the guest details each time they book, and you can edit it at any time from your Guestbook.

 1.     Click on the Guests button in the control panel of the FOH

2.     Search for your guest in the search bar or scroll to find their name in the list. When you find it, click on their entry. Their profile and booking history will appear in the right panels.

3.     Click on the pencil icon on the upper righthand corner. A new panel will slide out where you can edit the guest's name, email, phone, tags, and guest notes. Enter the info you would like into the Guest Notes field and click Save.

4.     The note will now appear in the Notes section of the guest's profile.
