If you elected to either use insurance, or collect a deposit as your Ruckify protection plan, you have the option to file a dispute and start a claim. All claims need to be submitted within 24 hours of the booking period ending to remain eligible under the Ruckify insurance plan.
You can do this by following the steps below:
account -> postings tab -> booking itinerary -> disputes -> insurance claim
When you are submitting a dispute, please make sure to include as much detail as possible. You are able to add pictures and videos after you submit the dispute claim. We encourage you to always take pictures and videos of your item before and after it is booked to have proof of the original condition.
If you have chosen to opt-out of our Protection plans, it is up to you to settle the issue with the member who booked your item.
