Connect Your Airbnb Account
Connecting your Airbnb account only takes a minute.
Navigate to Settings → Airbnb Integration
Click + Connect Airbnb Account
Sign in to your Airbnb account
Authorize RueBaRue to access your Airbnb messaging
Once connected, your Airbnb conversations will automatically appear in your Inbox.
Identifying Airbnb Messages
Airbnb conversations are clearly marked with the Airbnb icon in the Inbox, making it easy to distinguish them from SMS and other communication channels.
How Replies Work
RueBaRue automatically sends your message through the correct communication channel.
Reply to an Airbnb conversation → Your message is delivered through Airbnb.
Reply to an SMS conversation → Your message is delivered as a text message.
No additional action is required.
Multiple Airbnb Accounts
If you manage multiple Airbnb accounts, you can connect each one to RueBaRue.
All conversations from your connected Airbnb accounts will appear in your Inbox, giving your team a single place to manage guest communication.
