Make sure the scheduled message is set to Active on the scheduler. The message will appear on the Guests page under Actions.
Go to the Guests page.
Locate the guest.
Click the message under Actions. Once the message is sent, a checkmark appears.
Note: Click the link just once to avoid sending the same message multiple times.
