The AI Chatbot uses your FAQs to generate accurate answers. You can add FAQs, customize the chatbot, and track unanswered questions to continually improve your AI.
How to Add FAQs
Go to the AI Chatbot FAQs page.
You’ll see a list of FAQ templates.
Click Add to use a template as-is.
Click Edit to customize the answer.
Click Delete to remove templates you don’t need.
Add new FAQs for any other questions guests may ask.
These FAQs form the knowledge base that powers AI responses.
You can skip this step if you only want to use Text Webchat.
How to Add the Chatbot to Your Website
To enable the AI Chatbot widget:
Go to the AI Chatbot Settings page.
Copy the one-line script provided.
Paste it into the <head> section of your website.
How to Customize the Chatbot
On the Chatbot Settings page, you can:
Change the icon color.
Set the position of the chatbot on your site.
Add intro text (shown to guests before they start chatting).
Restrict the chatbot to specific approved domains.
How to Track AI Responses
AI Chatbot Logs – View all questions guests asked and see how the chatbot responded.
AI Chatbot Unanswered Questions – See questions the AI couldn’t answer. From here, you can add new FAQs to improve responses.
Notes
AI responses are based on the FAQs you add.
If no FAQ matches, the system will inform the user to text you.
Unanswered questions can be reviewed and added later.
Domain restriction ensures your chatbot only works on authorized sites.
