How to fix missing account issues?

If your account looks reset, don’t worry. Your progress is safe, this usually happens when you log in with a different wallet than the one originally linked to your account.

When this issue occurs, the system can’t detect your original wallet, so it loads the current wallet on your wallet homepage as a new account. To fix this, follow these steps:

  1. Open the hamburger menu (☰) in the top right corner.

  2. Select View Profile.

  3. Tap the red exit icon in the top-right to disconnect.

After disconnecting, manually switch to the correct wallet in your wallet provider (e.g., Phantom or Solflare), refresh the page, and log in again. Once you connect with the right wallet, all your account data, balances, and progress will reappear.

Your data is never lost, it’s securely tied to your original wallet address. If you’re unsure which wallet you used, disconnect and try logging in with each one until you find the correct account.
