Main Balance – immediately usable.
Piggybank – stored temporarily until certain conditions are met.
The Piggybank is a system designed to support player progression and engagement.
How to Tell If a Reward Went to the Piggybank
You will see a pig icon on the reward tile when a reward is being sent to the Piggybank.
If this icon appears, it means the reward will not go to your main balance yet.
Why Are Some Rewards Sent to the Piggybank?
Certain rewards (especially from Rakeback crates or bonuses) are intentionally stored in the Piggybank to encourage:
Completing tasks
Progressing through milestones
Continuing user engagement
This helps maintain fair progression and reward pacing across the platform.
How to Unlock Your Piggybank Rewards
Funds in your Piggybank unlock once you meet specific requirements such as:
Completing tasks or objectives
Reaching Tier 25 in the RugPass
After unlocking, your Piggybank contents will automatically transfer to your main balance.
Note:
The Piggybank resets at the end of each month. Any unclaimed funds are lost after the reset. For every new Piggybank, if you don’t claim during the first month, an additional month is automatically added to match the amount - for all players.
Types of Crates & Where Their Rewards Go
RugsDotFun has four types of crates. Each type behaves differently in terms of reward allocation:

3. Referral Crates
Earned when you or your referral reaches Level 20.
