If you believe your wallet has been compromised (someone else has access to it), stop using that wallet immediately.
What this means:
Any funds sent to a compromised wallet can be automatically drained by the attacker.
Continuing to use the wallet puts all future funds at risk.
What to do:
Stop using the compromised wallet completely.
Do not connect it to any sites or receive new funds.Create a brand-new wallet (Phantom, Solflare, etc.) with a new seed phrase.
Never share the new seed phrase with anyone, under any circumstances.
Use only the new wallet going forward & create a new Rugs Fun account.
Important:
Transferring accounts, balances, or referral progress to a new wallet is not possible at this time.
Notes:
A compromised wallet cannot be secured again.
Changing passwords or reinstalling the wallet does not fix a leaked seed phrase.
We cannot reverse transactions.
