How to Self-Exclude Your Account

This article explains how self-exclusion works, the available exclusion periods, and what happens when a self-exclusion request is applied to your account.

We encourage all players who feel their gambling activity may be becoming difficult to manage to take a break through our self-exclusion option.

Self-exclusion allows you to permanently/temporarily lock access to your account and pause all gambling activity for a permanent or a selected period of time.


What Happens During Self-Exclusion?

While self-exclusion is active:

  • You will not be able to access or use your account

  • Deposits, Withdrawals, wagering, and gameplay will be disabled

  • Rewards and referrals earnings will be unavailable

  • Promotional emails and marketing communications will stop

As of right now, self-exclusion fully restricts account activity, including withdrawals and opening crates.


Available Self-Exclusion Periods

At this time, the following exclusion durations are available:

  • 2 Day Cool Off

  • 1 Week Cool Off

  • 1 Month Exclusion

  • 2 Month Exclusion

  • 3 Month Exclusion

  • 6 Month Exclusion

  • 1 Year Exclusion

  • Permanent Exclusion


How to Request Self-Exclusion

To activate self-exclusion, please contact our Customer Support team through live chat or email and request account self-exclusion.

Once confirmed, the exclusion will be applied immediately.

Please note that Customer Support cannot remove or shorten an active self-exclusion period once it has been confirmed.
