If you can no longer attend an event, we encourage you to cancel your RSVP as soon as possible. This allows the Host to reassign your ticket to another guest. Since many events have limited capacity, keeping Hosts informed of your status is essential.
How to Cancel Your RSVP
Follow these steps to cancel your RSVP:
Navigate to the 'Events' from the bottom bar on your screen.
Select the event from your 'Upcoming' tab.
Select 'Update RSVP' from the bottom of the event page.
Select the status dropdown (e.g., 'You are going'), to open the 'Cancel RSVP' card.
A Cancel RSVP card will open on the bottom of your screen. Select 'Cancel RSVP'.
Choose a reason for cancellation from the available options.
Confirm your cancellation.
Important Notes
Cancelling an RSVP cannot be undone.
If you cancel, your additional guests will be notified, and their tickets will be revoked.
If your plans change and you wish to attend the event again, you must request a new invite from the Host.
By keeping your RSVP status up to date, you help ensure a smooth and organized experience for both Hosts and other guests.
