Managing Referral and Vouch Requests
Navigate to your profile.
Select 'Referrals' to access all Referral Requests and Vouch Requests.
Referral Requests
Referral Requests are submitted by friends applying for membership on Rumor who have requested a referral from you during their application.
You can choose to 'Approve' or 'Decline' each request.
Your decision will remain private.
Once you approve or decline a request, a checkmark or an “X” will appear next to the individual’s name.
After you navigate away from the page, referrals you have responded to will disappear.
Vouch Requests
Vouch Requests are submitted by friends who need your support for their event invite application.
You can choose to 'Approve' or 'Decline' each request.
Your decision will remain private.
Once you approve or decline a request, a checkmark or an “X” will appear next to the individual’s name.
After you navigate away from the page, vouches you have responded to will disappear.
Inviting Friends to Join Rumor
Select 'Invite Friends to Join Rumor' at the bottom of the page.
Allow Rumor to access your contacts to automatically identify friends you can invite.
Search for a friend and tap 'Invite' next to their name to send them an invitation.
Alternatively, select 'Invite Contacts via Link' to send an invite through external mobile applications.
By inviting a friend, you increase their chances of being approved as a member of Rumor, helping them gain access to exclusive events and experiences.
