If you no longer wish to be on Rumor, you can request an account deletion at any time. Before proceeding, please review the repercussions of account deletion, as this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Steps to Request Deletion Your Account
Navigate to ‘Settings’ in your Rumor account.
2. Under the ‘Account’ tab, select ‘Delete Account’ to request a deletion.
We can assist with your account deletion request. Please note, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and data cannot be recovered after processing.
Alternatively, if you need assistance with merging another account, please let us know the details of the other account and we would be happy to assist. Please confirm if you would like to proceed with account deletion. If confirmed, deletion will be completed within 7 days.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
Lead Hosts: If you are the lead host of any upcoming events, your events will be canceled immediately, and all associated guests will be notified.
Data Removal: Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Access Revoked: You will lose access to any upcoming events, messages, and guest list information.
