Our internet requirement is the same for standard video streaming. Any device with a typical internet connection will work. If you're a speaker at an event or joining a 1:1 video call, a slow internet connection may impact your ability to stream video or share your screen. Here are our bandwidth recommendations, based on user testing.
Recommended bandwidth for attendees:
For 1:1 video calling: 600kbps (down) for high quality video and 1.2 Mbps (down) for HD video
For audio VoiP: 60-80kbps (down)
Recommended bandwidth for speakers:
600kbps (up/down) for high quality video
1.2 Mbps (up/down) for 720p HD video
Receiving 1080p HD video requires 1.8 Mbps (up/down)
Sending 1080p HD video requires 1.8 Mbps (up/down)
