You can follow and chat with attendees from the event page and the talkroom.

On the top right of the organizer dashboard, click the chat icon.

Here you'll find messages from your different events.

On the right side of the Talkroom, you will see a comment section and a people tab. In the People Tab, if you click All, you can see everyone in the room and wave to them to initiate a one on one conversation.
