Congratulations 🎉 you finished hosting an event in Run The World and now want to download and manage your recordings. Only the host account is able to download the recordings see below instructions for both Host a Talk and Host a Conference.
Remember, you must upgrade your account to a Paid plan to record events. If your account is downgraded back to a Free plan, your recordings will be available for 30 days to be downloaded. After 30 days, the recordings will be deleted.
Host a Talk | Manage Recordings
1 - Click on "Manage" events in the organizer dashboard.
2 - Once you are managing the event you will see the "More" tab. You will see your event recordings. Recordings will be available for download an hour after the session has ended.
4 - Once the recording is available you can download it by clicking on the green arrow, and it will be downloaded to your computer. You can also play or decide to make the recording unavailable for attendees. You can also edit the recording and then upload a new video after editing.
Host a Conference | Manage Recordings
1 - Click on "Manage" events in the organizer dashboard.
2 - Once you click on "Manage" you will see a menu on the left corner of your screen. You will scroll down and click on "More".
3 - When you click on "More" you will see your event recordings. Recordings will be available for download an hour after the session has ended.
4 - Once the recording is available you can download it by clicking on the green arrow, and it will be downloaded to your computer. You can also play or decide to make the recording unavailable for attendees. You can also edit the recording and then upload a new video after editing.
⚠️ Caution if you delete, you will lose access to the recording if you haven't downloaded it previously. If you downgrade your account to the Free plan, remember to download all recordings before doing so, otherwise they will be deleted in 30 days after you downgrade.
