Which plan is right for me?
Deciding between Free, Pro, or Business.
Our Free plan is designed for small events with less than 50 free registrants, or for testing out the product before upgrading to a different plan.
Our Pro plan includes unlimited events with up to 3 sessions per event, total. It can also have up to 500 Free registered attendees per event. Run The World takes a 15% revenue share on ticket sales plus standard credit card processing fees.
Our Business plan allows unlimited events, and has the capabilities to include more sessions and Free registered attendees. The base plan starts with 500 Free attendees and 20 sessions, but gives the option to increase both Free attendees and sessions, as well as add on things like Custom Branding, Sponsor Features, and Services.
All of our plans do not have attendee limits for Paid tickets.
There are no additional fees for hosting a Free event.
The Pro add-on plan is great for SMBs and organizations looking for data insights to generate leads and grow.
The Business plan is best for those looking for larger conferences that require custom branding, sponsor booths, data insights, more sessions, parallel sessions, or more attendees.
