Timers disappeared after updating to version 3.21.x on iOS

Important: In the case of missing timers do not remove the app and attempt to reinstall it. This will not make any difference to the app and will simply delete your user data which is still within the app, just not visible.

We have released a new update (3.21.4) that should resolve missing timer issues. You can update to this version by visiting the app store page for Seconds Pro and choosing Update.

Once updated, within the app navigate to Settings > User Account > Import Legacy User Data. As long as the app has not been removed since the latest updates the data should still be there and the import can be attempted again.

If this still is not returning all of your timers there is a configuration within your timers that has not been accounted for. In this situation will need to select the option at Settings > User Account > Export Legacy User Data wait for the Share Sheet to appear and email the file to support@runloop.com.
