Understand our privacy policy.

With privacy policies, it's important to actually understand what they mean. It's our obligation to mention any data we handle. That includes any and all data that we can read from Apple Health or other iOS features and use within the app, even if that data never leaves the app.

If you use other apps that also access this information in their apps and it's not listed in their privacy policy then their privacy policy is not accurate and you should not trust it at all.

The simple fact is, Seconds does not even request location data within the app so we have no idea where you are using the app. Location is mentioned in the privacy policy because your rough location can be determined if you visit our website, which incidentally is the same with any website.

As a company, we have no interest in your user data. We sell apps, not user data. We don't collect any more user data other than what is necessary to provide the service you download the app to perform. Which right now is as little as none.
