While there is no interface option to remove the 10-second warning sound of the boxing and MMA timers, there is still a way to disable or enable this feature. This is done is by visiting a special URL within Safari on your device and will send the new value to Seconds.

The link to disable the knocking sound is:

And the link to enable the knocking sound again is:
seconds://?action=use-clacker&value=true
Upon visiting one of these links Seconds will launch and you will receive and alert notifying you that the setting has taken effect.
