How are archived team members handled from a monthly billing perspective?

How archive members are charged or if you pay for them.

We charge per resource seat and each person managed on the planner requires a seat. Archiving or deleting a person does not automatically reduce the resource seat count.

If the seat is no longer needed, an account admin must remove the seat from the billing section to adjust the monthly charge. We look at seats daily and prorate any charges and credits. These are added to your next monthly bill.
