App Notifications

Have a custom mobile app built by Swift? You can send push notifications to your customers who have downloaded your facility's app on their mobile devices.

With Swift, you can engage your customers effectively by sending Push Notifications through your custom mobile app! This feature allows you to deliver tailored messages and streamline communication.

You can visit the App Notifications page by navigating to Marketing > App Notifications in the Swift Admin Dashboard.

Important notes:

  • Push notifications are available exclusively for facilities who have a custom mobile app developed by Swift. If you're interested in having a mobile app created for your facility, feel free to contact us!

  • Only customers who have opted in to receive push notifications will be shown in the recipient list.

When to Use App Notifications

App Push Notifications are a great tool for:

  • Promoting last-minute availability, discounts, or special offers.

  • Announcing schedule changes or event reminders.

  • Encouraging engagement, like class sign-ups.

  • Sharing important updates about your business.


Create a new App Notification

  1. Go to Marketing > App Notifications in the Admin dashboard

  2. Click on the '+ New' button

  3. Add Recipients in the To field.

  4. Give your notification a Title

  5. Enter your message in the Text field

  6. Optional: Where do you want to send customers? - When the customers click/open the push notification, you can direct them straight to a specific service.

  7. Optional: Add an image

  8. Click the Send Notification button
