Public Calendar

A view-only calendar that can be viewed by all customers

The Public Calendar is a view-only version of your facility’s schedule. You can share it with your customers, embed it on your website, or display it on a TV at your facility so that customers can check availability or see which room they've been allocated.

Customers do not need to be logged into an account to view the calendar — making it a great way to provide real-time visibility into your facility's schedule.


Enabling the Public Calendar

To enable and access the public facing calendar for your facility,

  1. In Admin, go to Settings > Facility > Basic

  2. Under Basics, toggle Public Facing Calendar to ON

  3. Click the Configure button once it appears

  4. Select what details of a booking will display on the calendar:

    1. Don't show event titles — the booking tiles will display as "Booked"

    2. Show titles for class and camps only — The title for Classes and Camps will be displayed, all other booking types will display as "Booked"

    3. Show titles for all events

  5. Select the rooms you want to display (unchecking any rooms you do not want shown on the Calendar)

  6. Click Save

Now you can copy the Public Calendar URL and share it with your customers, display it on your website in an iFrame, or simply cast it onto a TV at your facility!
