The Public Calendar is a view-only version of your facility’s schedule. You can share it with your customers, embed it on your website, or display it on a TV at your facility so that customers can check availability or see which room they've been allocated.
Customers do not need to be logged into an account to view the calendar — making it a great way to provide real-time visibility into your facility's schedule.
Enabling the Public Calendar
To enable and access the public facing calendar for your facility,
In Admin, go to Settings > Facility > Basic
Under Basics, toggle Public Facing Calendar to ON
Click the Configure button once it appears
Select what details of a booking will display on the calendar:
Don't show event titles — the booking tiles will display as "Booked"
Show titles for class and camps only — The booking title for Classes and Camps will be displayed, all other booking types will display as "Booked"
Show titles for all events — The booking titles will display for all booking types, and this would include the participant's name.
Select the rooms you want to display on the Calendar (uncheck any rooms you do not want shown)
Click Save
Now you can copy the Public Calendar URL and share it with your customers, display it on your website in an iFrame, add the URL to your facility's description field so all your customers can access it or simply cast it onto a TV at your facility!
