Enabling Waitlists for Lessons, Classes and Camps

The Waitlist feature is only available to facilities on the Standard or Premium plans. If you're on the Starter plan and would like to upgrade, contact our Support team.

When a lesson, camp, or class reaches its participants limit or capacity, players can join a waitlist to be notified via SMS and email if a spot becomes available. This helps ensure no opportunity is missed when availability changes.


How the waitlist works

  • Once a session is full, the option to join the waitlist becomes available

  • Customers can join the waitlist themselves for a specific session

  • Admins can also add customers to a waitlist through the Calendar in Admin

  • Available spots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. The system will not automatically register a waitlisted person, either the participant or facility must add the participant into the session.


How to turn on the Waitlist feature for a class, camp or lesson

You can turn on the Waitlist feature at the individual service level for each camp, class or lesson.

For example, you would like to enable the waitlist function for a camp:

  1. Go to Services > Camps

  2. Open the individual camp service

  3. Expand the Advanced Settings section

  4. For Waitlists, toggle Enable Waitlists to ON

  5. If you would like the system to automatically notify customer on the waitlist once a spot opens up, you can also toggle "Notify customers when a spot opens up" to ON

  6. Click Save

Note: Turning on the waitlist feature will mean that each individual session for Lessons and Classes will have a waitlist. For camps, the entire camp series will have a waitlist.
