If you’d like to update your email address, here’s how it works:
For an existing order: we can update the email only if the order hasn’t been collected by Aus Post yet. Once it’s been handed over to Aus Post, they’ll use the original shipping details provided at dispatch.
For your Rushfaster account: we can update or merge accounts on our end if you have multiple emails. Please note that only one email will be kept as the primary account, and all order history and future orders will be consolidated under that email. This change is permanent and can’t be undone.
