Warranty Claims & Order History: Erasing your profile permanently disconnects your identity from your past purchases. Because we will no longer have your details on file to automatically verify your orders, you will be required to provide your original proof of purchase (such as a saved email receipt or invoice) if you ever need to make a warranty claim.
Tax Compliance: While your personal identity is completely scrubbed from our active databases, please note that the anonymous financial totals of your past transactions are securely retained purely to comply with Australian tax laws.
If you just want to stop receiving promotional emails, you don't need to delete your entire account. You can simply click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any of our newsletters.
