When your order has shipped you will receive an email that evening with a tracking number. Please note that sometimes the tracking will not update until it has been scanned in by the courier, if your tracking does not update and has passed the given time frame for delivery, please contact us so that we can resolve this issue with the courier. If your order includes a preorder item, it will only be shipped once that item has been restocked and is available for dispatch. Please note, the ETA is shown on the product page.
