When will my order arrive?

Orders placed before 2pm on a business day generally leave the warehouse that day. Orders ship from Sydney and Melbourne warehouses.

Standard shipping

Usually takes up to 4 business days for most major cities. Perth and remote cities/towns may take longer. Sydney and Melbourne will probably take 2-3 days.

Express shipping

Usually takes 1-2 business days to cities in the express post network. If your order is urgent we always recommend choosing express post.

* Please note that, whilst infrequent, shipping delays can occur in the AusPost network.

Oversized Shipping Notice

Please note: Oversized items are not eligible for express shipping due to logistical constraints.

International orders (New Zealand and rest of the world) usually takes longer. Deliveries are expected to arrive within 10-15 business days from the shipping date.
