We try to ship orders in 1 parcel, however, sometimes we need to send out orders in two or more packages under the same tracking as the items may have been too bulky to fit into one package, and due to this, some parcels may arrive before the other. Please check your tracking link to see if you have multiple packages on your shipment as you can see the delivery status of each parcel.
