Thank you for your purchase. If you did not receive everything, it's most likely that your order was split and shipped from both of our warehouses - one in VIC and one in NSW. This happens because not all items are available in one location. By dividing the shipment, we can ensure faster delivery times and avoid unnecessary delays.
Don't worry, the other item/s is on their way. All customers whose orders are split and shipped from both of our warehouses get an email notification the same day the order is shipped out.
Another reason is because your order contains an item that is shipped as is or alone. Examples are but not limited to large duffle bags, umbrellas, luggages, large backpacks, and desk mats.
