We want to see you get your winnings as quickly as possible, but there are sometimes delays due to the speed at which your bank processes the transaction.
Here's what to expect by withdrawal method:
Debit card, PayPal, and Venmo: Funds should reach your account almost immediately once approved on our end.
Online banking: Typically 1 to 3 business days, though in some cases the funds show up the same day once approved.
Credit card and Apple Pay: Typically 1 to 3 business days, and we aren't able to expedite these. Please note that most banks don't process transactions over the weekend, so if your withdrawal is processed on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it may take closer to 5 to 7 days to reach your account. Note that this applies to Apple Pay whether you used a credit or debit card, so if speed matters to you, we'd recommend using a regular debit card instead.
A few other things worth knowing:
If you make a withdrawal after 4pm Central, it goes into the next day's batch, which adds at least one day to processing.
There may be an added delay if you're withdrawing a very large amount and you haven't been a customer for long. We want to avoid fraud, so we may take a quick second look at your details to make sure everything is in order. We promise not to hold things up for long. We want to get your winnings to you as quickly as you do!
With credit card deposits, we refund your credit card up to the amount you deposited before withdrawing any remaining winnings to the method of your choice.
