We want to see you get your winnings as quickly as possible, but there are sometimes delays due to speed at which your bank processes the transaction.

We like to say "3-5 business days" for online banking withdrawals - but we have seen many instances of "next day" processing.    It's completely dependant on your bank and the speed at which it processes our transactions.    Some are very quick, others are apparently run by sloths.    

That being said, if you make a withdrawal after 4pm Central Standard time, it's going to go into a next day batch, adding at least one day to the processing time (you should still have the funds within the 5 day window, even if you miss the cut off).   

There may be an added delay in our system if you're withdrawing a very large amount and you haven't been a customer for very long.  We obviously want to avoid fraud, so we may have to just take a quick second look at your details to ensure everything is in order - but we promise not to hold it up very long - we want to get your winnings in your hands as quickly as you do!  

Please note - with credit card deposits, we will refund your credit card up to the amount your deposited via your credit card prior to withdrawing any remaining winnings to the withdrawal method of your choice (online banking, digital currency, etc.). Refunds to Credit cards often take longer - up to 5-7 business days (again, excluding weekends and holidays) for the refund to show up on your credit card.
